About Glen Maintenance
A Trusted Property Maintenance Partner for Schools and Managed Buildings
Glen Maintenance is a Hertfordshire-based property maintenance company specialising in reliable, high-quality services for schools, colleges and property management companies across Hertfordshire, London and the South East. With a strong reputation built on consistency, communication and professional workmanship, we support environments that require extra care, attention and expertise.
Founded by Clive Chapman and Wayne Glendinning in 2018, Glen Maintenance began by supporting several managing agents before naturally expanding into school refurbishment and education‑sector maintenance. Both founders bring extensive industry experience, which has shaped the company’s practical, reliable and professional approach.
Our commitment to strong workmanship, clear communication and dependable service has helped us build long‑standing relationships with clients. Working with a combination of in‑house trades and trusted subcontractors, we’re able to manage everything from everyday repairs to larger refurbishment projects with consistency and care.
